We keep offices in San Antonio and Laredo, and we know these courts and detention centers inside and out — Pearsall, Dilley, Karnes, the Laredo and Rio Grande Processing Centers, and Webb County.
Immigration law is federal, and our practice isn't limited to South Texas. We currently represent clients in immigration courts across the country, including in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Portland, Atlanta, and Orlando.
We litigate in federal court. When the immigration court can no longer set bond, we file habeas corpus petitions in the Western and Southern Districts of Texas.
We are licensed attorneys, not notarios. In the United States, a notary public is not a lawyer and cannot give legal advice or represent you in immigration court. If someone charged you to fill out forms and is not a lawyer, talk to us.
